beatriz is a natural connector, nurturing purpose for the greater good. A mother of two humans, bisnieta de Buenaventura, and a lifelong social justice advocate, her life experience determines her next step, while her thoughtful know-how is inclusive and collaborative in nature. Previous and present work includes nonprofit consulting, facilitation, thought partnerships, development, and communications. beatriz embodies a personal philosophy of vulnerability, self-reflection, and reciprocal relationships as a good way to fuel change.
As a cross-cultural consultant of more than two decades in the nonprofit arena facilitating dialogue, identifying resources and advocating change, she finds her “change the world, person to person” philosophy to be a long-standing alignment of her spirit.

beatriz provides concierge connections for independent contractors: graphic design, web design, photography, marketing campaigns, translation, mediation and other creative services. Before beginning a new project, beatriz believes listening to the organization or individual’s needs and priorities fosters a strong foundational partnership. To attain mindful, measured and meaningful outcomes, she maintains a spirit of collaboration throughout a project’s lifetime.
